Continuous Subscriptions

When you sign up for a Branch to Box subscription, you authorize Branch to Box, or our third-party payment processor, to charge your selected payment method on a recurring weekly basis, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Your subscription will continue until you pause, skip, cancel, or Branch to Box suspends or stops service in accordance with these terms.

You may skip an order by managing your delivery schedule through your account page.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Branch to Box subscription, please contact us no later than 10:00 AM PST, two business days before your scheduled delivery.

Orders scheduled for delivery within this two-business-day window may already be processed and cannot be canceled. You will be responsible for any charges, taxes, or fees incurred before your cancellation is completed.

After canceling your subscription, you may still receive promotional emails from Branch to Box unless you unsubscribe using the link provided in those emails.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.

However, we guarantee every box we send. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 4 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement box, account credit, or refund to your original payment method.
